'm sure you already knew.
This poem is about our friendship
And the way that I love you.
God put us both together
Both you and I
He told you that I would love you
Even though we wouldn't always see eye to eye
He knew we would be great
Both of us together
He knew what He was doing
And how our friendship would be forever
Though I never thought how you've seen me
Through all these wonderful years
You knew what made me laugh
And how to help me wipe my tears
You help me with everything
You give me what I need
You taught me how to grow up
And how to really succeed
Yes we deal with the screaming
the fights and yells
And my weird obsession
Of throwing people in wells
You've still stuck by me
And show me that you care
And that's how I know That I'm always in your prayer
I realize that we get angry
And don't always get along
But even though you have made mistakes
You're still the best mom
